Brewing

Tea Set: The dark-red enameled pottery or porcelain tea ware is the best choice. While the white porcelain cup with lid is strongly recommended for it is cost-effective and easy to reach.

1.Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water.

2.Fill the teapot with 5g tea leaves.(the volume of filled tea depends on personal preference)

3. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 98°c  for 10 seconds at the first brewing. The second brewing 20  seconds ,and the third brewing 30seconds.The subsequent brewing time could gradually increases while no more than 60 seconds.
